The international edition of Newsweek has a cover story featuring two men holding hands and the title of "Sex and the Macho Man."I'm not sure it matches the content very well but it does have a few interesting stories:
- "Legal in unlikely places" takes a look at advances in LGBT rights in countries such as Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Cuba and Colombia where the average person might think machismo might prevail over gay rights.
- "Land of reggae and homophobia" takes a look at Jamaica and the ongoing issues with homophobia.
- In "I have not been accepted by my family" 30 year old Devon talks about life in Jamaica as a gay man.
- In "The sky didn't fall in" there is also a brief interview with British actor Ian McKellen on gay rights in the UK and activism.
