Gay City News is reporting tonight that the Judiciary Committee of the New York State Assembly has voted in favor of the "marriage equality" bill sponsored by Governor Eliot Spitzer and and sponsored by Assemblyman Daniel O'Donnell and Senator Tom Duane. For details go here.
